Too small for the big industry suite
Many smaller garages and used-car dealers keep customers in lists, write contracts in Word, record service history on paper and enter invoices a second time in their accounting. The same details are typed several times – and that is exactly where errors creep in.
The large industry solutions are often too extensive and too expensive for these businesses. Our idea was therefore a product of our own from the start: everything important in one place, simple enough for daily work in the workshop, and built to serve many businesses at once.

Make, model and type approval from the Swiss ASTRA type data, VIN validation, photos and full service history per vehicle.
Capture from the registration document
Photograph or scan the vehicle registration document – VIN, Swiss master number and further details are recognised and taken over instead of being typed in.
Contracts and service orders
Purchase and sales contracts and service orders are created as numbered PDFs at the push of a button – from data already captured.
Service and catalogue
Record and close service jobs with items from your own catalogue for labour and material.
bexio integration
Customers and invoices are synchronised with bexio – no double entry between garage and accounting.
App for the yard
Capture and photograph vehicles right on the lot, call customers with one tap, share documents as PDF, unlock with Face ID.

AUTRX is an online application: open it in the browser or in the app – no installation, no server of your own. Updates are automatic.

Businesses without a workshop use AUTRX without the service module – you pay for what you use.
