Online shops
that sell.
We build and maintain Shopify stores for the Swiss market – with TWINT, Swiss Post shipping and VAT set up correctly. Setup from CHF 2,200.
Online shops that sell
Whether a new store or an existing one that needs work: we build and maintain Shopify stores that fit your brand and sell smoothly – including custom theme development, clean product data and multilingual storefronts.
Custom theme
Tailor-made Shopify themes instead of an off-the-shelf template – matched to your brand and the way you work.
Product data & variants
Careful handling of products, variants, images and data sheets – including large catalogues.
Multilingual & fast
Multilingual stores with short loading times, built for conversion.
A store that works in Switzerland
A Shopify store for Swiss customers needs more than a translation. We set this up correctly from the start.
TWINT, cards and invoice
TWINT has been available directly in Shopify Payments since 2025 – no third-party provider needed. Plus credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna with pay-later and three interest-free instalments.
Shipping and VAT
Swiss shipping methods and rates, integration with Swiss Post, VAT set at 8.1 %, invoices and order confirmations in the right language.
Four languages, one store
German, French, Italian and English in the same store – each with its own URL so search engines index every version cleanly.
Invoice yes – the Swiss QR invoice is a different matter
Buying on account and instalments are covered by Klarna, which is included in Shopify Payments. The classic Swiss QR invoice is not: Klarna issues its own invoice, not a QR payment slip to the Swiss standard. If you need one, it comes from an additional app in the store – we set that up for you. PostFinance still requires an external payment provider, for which Shopify charges an additional 2 %, 1 % or 0.6 % per order depending on your plan. We work out what makes sense in your case before you decide.
What does an online shop cost?
We give you the number instead of inviting you to request a quote. What your store ends up costing depends mainly on the number of products and on how clean your product data already is.

Shopify itself comes on top – billed directly to you
The subscription runs in your name, not through us: around CHF 29.– per month to start, CHF 79.– from roughly a hundred orders a month, CHF 359.– for larger stores, each plus card fees of about 2.95 to 2.55 per cent. Annual billing is cheaper; we deliberately do not quote an exact figure here, because Shopify partly converts via the euro rate. We check the actual amount together with you before you subscribe.
A clear process, one point of contact
From concept to optimised operation:
Setup & strategy
We define store structure, payment and shipping logic and the product range together.
Theme & design
A custom theme, matched to your brand and the customer journey.
Data & integration
Product data, interfaces and automation set up and tested.
Launch & optimisation
Go-live, monitoring and ongoing conversion work.
Product data that almost maintains itself
With large catalogues the real work sits in the product data. We connect Shopify to your data sources and automate maintenance, enrichment and updates – so thousands of products stay consistent and current without manual drudgery.
Data connection & sync
We connect your ERP system, database (e.g. FileMaker) or spreadsheet master data to Shopify – products, prices, stock levels, tags and status stay in sync automatically.
Automatic enrichment
Specifications and descriptions filled in automatically from manufacturer and other data sources – instead of typing every field by hand.
AI product copy
Descriptions generated, standardised and translated with AI – consistent in your brand's tone and across several languages.
What clients ask us
Can I offer TWINT in my store?
Yes, and more easily than many people expect. TWINT has been available directly in Shopify Payments since 2025. No separate payment provider is needed and there is no extra fee for it. Your store has to bill in Swiss francs and ship to Switzerland.
Can I offer payment by invoice or in instalments?
Yes, through Klarna – and without a separate contract with another provider, because Klarna is included in Shopify Payments. Your customers can pay later or split the amount into three interest-free instalments. Klarna carries the default risk, not you.
Is that the same as a Swiss QR invoice?
No, and the difference is often overlooked. Klarna issues its own invoice, payable to Klarna – not the QR payment slip to the Swiss standard that you issue yourself. If your customers expect the familiar QR invoice, for instance in business-to-business trade, we add it through an app in the store. Depending on the provider that costs around ten francs a month or a small fee per order.
And PostFinance?
PostFinance is not part of Shopify Payments. It requires an external payment provider, and Shopify then charges an additional 2 %, 1 % or 0.6 % per order depending on your plan. Whether that pays off depends on your turnover – we go through it with you before you decide.
Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. Products, categories, images and customer data are carried over, and we set up redirects so your existing addresses and your position on Google are preserved. A migration starts at CHF 1,900.–, depending on the number of products and the source system.
Who maintains the products afterwards?
That is up to you. Shopify is straightforward to operate yourself and we show you how at launch. For larger catalogues we take the maintenance on – or we connect Shopify to your ERP system so that prices, stock levels and new products are picked up automatically.
Is an online shop worth it for my business at all?
Not always. If your range is small, your margins thin or shipping awkward, the honest answer is sometimes: not yet. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than after the project.
